I had my consultation with hear.com it was better than I thought it would be. The person I talked to was really patient and asked questions that actually made sense, not just like they were reading off a script or whatever. They explained the different options in normal words, which I appreciated because some of this stuff can get confusing fast. Mostly it just felt like they were listening to me, not trying to push me into buying something right then. So yeah, simple, easy experience overall

"Decent, but not worth the price"
I expected better sound quality. Voices still come through a bit tinny, and background noise gets annoying when I’m in busier places. It does help a little, so it’s not totally useless, but for what I paid, I was definitely expecting more

I’ve always been loyal to another brand, so I went in kind of unsure and maybe even a little biased. But the whole process was really easy, and nobody was pushy at all. I actually felt comfortable the whole time, which made me seriously consider switching.

The audiologist was really helpful and answered my questions, which I appreciated. I just felt a bit rushed, like rushed rushed, if that makes sense. Overall it was a decent experience, but I wish there had been a little more time to go over everything.

"Battery holds up better than I expected"
I’ve used a few similar products in the past where the battery seemed to drain way too fast, so I wasn’t expecting much. But these have actually been solid. I don’t feel like I’m constantly charging them, and they usually last through most of my day. Charging is simple too. No major complaints so far

"Felt like the right fix"
I had my hearing aids adjusted through Hears, it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. The first setting wasn’t bad, but something just felt a little off to me. They made a quick adjustment, and now voices come through much clearer. My gut says they really knew what needed tweaking, and I’m happy with how fast they got it sorted

"Surprised by How Comfortable They Are"
I expected these hearing aids to feel bulky or keep sliding around, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well they fit. It took me a day or two to get used to wearing them, but now I barely even notice they’re there. The person helping me made a few small adjustments, and that really made a difference. They sit comfortably behind my ears and don’t get in the way of my glasses, which was a big relief. Overall, I’m really happy with the fit.

"Helpful and reassuring support"
I really appreciated how they helped me figure out what my insurance would cover, because i did not want to deal with that on my own. It took a little back and forth, and the timing wasn’t perfect, but the person I spoke with was kind and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Overall, they made the process feel a lot less stressful and gave me more confidence moving forward.

I’ve never really had any trouble with it. The device just works every day like it’s supposed to. i blame myself for waiting around expecting something to go wrong, because so far it’s been totally fine.
